At Nunam, we enable a unique path to reuse end of life EV batteries introducing circular economy in battery ecosystem and decarbonize the telecom energy sector. We envision to provide sustainable and cost effective clean energy solutions for smooth transition towards green telecom. Reuse battery can last more than 5 years enabling cost and carbon footprint reduction by 30% to 50%. Each battery goes through a nine step grading and testing mechanism developed indigenously by Nunam over 3 years of extensive R&D. We comply with global recommendations such as UL 1974 and tested at CPRI, Bengaluru.
Deployment Details (Projects/ Pilots/ Field Trials)
We have deployed our batteries in a BSNL?s tower site in Jayanagar, Bengaluru. The tower is a hub site and the installed battery size is 9kWh. Each of the batteries are powered by Nunam?s cloud monitoring platform and can raise alerts and warnings for safety. The pilot was instrumental in helping us understand the realities of tower operations and helped us develop new features that can ease operation for the ground staff.Patents and IP disclosures
