The broad areas of TSuM(Technology Vertical of DoT with a facilitation Cell) are :

•  R&D Facilitation for Startups, MSMEs including Standardization, Trials / PoC, Spectrum, Funding, etc.
• Facilitation of relevant issues with other Ministries/State Governments / Agencies
• Enabling facilitation and coordination with DoT HQ units and field units
• Market enablement, handholding as may be necessary
• Any other areas to support Startups and MSMEs in line with the objectives of NDCP
